Stir Fry Sauce Recipes

Recipe for Stir Fry Sauce
Stir fry recipes are fast, quick and easy to prepare. But most of the time, the secret to its aromatic flavor and savoring taste are on its sauces. On this article, we will tackle some of the different sauces of stir frying and how to prepare it ready for your stir frying ventures in the future.   

At first, one has to occasionally need to peek at the flavoring sauce recipes to jog their memories, but we really don’t need a recipe to make a stir fry anymore.These steps if mastered, one can try making a stir fry this way a few times, and bet you, soon you won’t need a recipe either. 
  1. LEMON STIR FRY SAUCE:
  • ¼ cup lemon juice plus 1 tsp lemon zest.
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sugar.
PROCEDURE:
Ø  Combine all ingredients in a one cup measuring cup.  Mix well and refrigerate for future need.
  1. SOY-SESAME STIR FRY SAUCE:
INGREDIENTS:
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon sugar.
PREPRATION:
Ø  Combine all ingredients in one measuring cup and mix well.  Refrigerate for future need.
  1. FRESH HERB STIR FRY SAUCE:
INGREDIENTS:
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup shredded basil leaves or minced cilantro leaves.
PREPARATION:
Ø  Combine all ingredients in one measuring cup and sort in the refrigerator for future use.
  1. SWEET AND SOUR STIR FRY SAUCE:
INGREDIENTS:
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp cider, balsamic or rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
PREPARATION:
Ø  Combine all ingredients in a measuring cup and mix well.  Store in refrigerator for future use.
Now here is simple stir fry recipe for the whole family to enjoy.
BONUS RECIPE: SPICY GARLIC AND PEPPER SHRIMP STIR FRY:  This is a spicy Thai style shrimp recipe. Chicken, pork beef, calamari, scallops, or tofu can easily be substituted for the shrimp.  This makes for a wonderful dinner. 
INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 ½ tbsp vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 8 large fresh shrimps, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp sliced onion
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
PREPARATION:
Ø  Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over high heat.  Add the cabbage and 1 tbsp water, stir fry for 30 seconds.  Remove cabbage from skillet and place on a serving platter.
Ø  Heat the remaining 1 ½ tbsp oil in the skillet over high heat.  Place the garlic and shrimp in the skillet and stir fry until the garlic is lightly browned and shrimp turns pink.  Add pepper, onion, cilantro, soy sauce and remaining water to the skillet.  Stir fry for 10 seconds.  Pour the hot mixture onto the cabbage. 
Ø  Serve hot.
